Project for an independent villa for a young family from Lurano. The two young owners of this house turned to BF Interni because they needed a professional figure who could accompany them on the exciting but complex journey of building a new house. Our task was to advise them and give ideas for a project that was functional, aesthetically pleasing, welcoming and that represented them.
Given the square footage available, we immediately opted for an open space. This solution fitted in well with customers’ requests for a large, bright and child-friendly home.
At the entrance is a large island kitchen with working columns which, once closed, hide the equipment and less organised parts of the kitchen.
At the behest of the customer shades of blue accompany the project throughout the house. The staircase wall has a huge impact, a strong stage presence that distinguishes the entire open space. Initially the wall had to be covered with wallpaper with a similar subject. In the end, an enameled paint was the best solution staying within the budget needs.
On the ground, a large stone-effect tiles travel throughout the space up to the upper floor.
